The PRISM Center’s Mindfulness Program supports DBT skills and gives clients additional tools for self-regulation. This component includes group sessions of gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation and other experiential mindfulness techniques. IOP groups have Mindfulness Program sessions for one hour every two weeks. In addition, IOP clients are offered an individual session of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy as part of the IOP Program. No yoga experience is necessary.
